Moreton Terrace Activities Centre (MTAC) is constructed under the Signature Project Scheme of Wan Chai District.  It aims to provide a multi-purpose venue for holding a wide range of community activities in the district. 

The MTAC is conveniently located in Causeway Bay, right behind the Hong Kong Central Library.  The first art gallery of the Home Affairs Department is established in the MTAC.  Besides, it is the first activities centre in Hong Kong which contains a roof garden under the Community Garden Programme.  

The architecture of the MTAC incorporates various green design features, such as fair-faced concrete facades, natural lighting and rainwater harvesting system.  The public space located on the ground floor is designed to facilitate interaction with visitors while the rooftop community garden aims to promote greening in the community.
